Mental Health Song!
Dear Students and Parents
At VIJAYA, we believe that just as physical health is important, mental health is equally important. A healthy mind, a caring heart, and a little understanding can make a world of difference in someone’s life.
Sometimes, a simple smile, a few kind words, or someone who listens without judging can make a person feel loved, valued, and understood.
To spread this beautiful message, we have created our very own Mental Health Song. through which we express the importance of mental well-being, understanding our feelings, and being sensitive to the emotions of others.
Let us teach our children not only to be successful in life but also to be kind, emotionally strong, and compassionate human beings.
A healthy mind is just as important as a healthy body, and a little kindness can heal a heart in ways we may never know.
With love and care,
Team VIJAYA 😊
